과정이론 (Motivation Process Theory)
매슬로우의 욕구 단계 이론에 근거하여 인간의 욕구가 순차적으로 채워져 나간다는 경영의 고전적 이론.
1. 생리적 욕구 : 의식주, 성욕.
2. 안전 욕구 : 안전한 작업조건, 고용 보장등.
3. 소속 욕구
4. 존경 욕구
5. 자아실현 : 보람, 성취감.
이러한 욕구들의 ‘결핍’ 과 주체의 ‘성장’ 에 따라 행동(모티베이션)된다.
순차적 욕구의 실현.
하위 욕구가 채워지지 않으면 상위 욕구는 채워지지 않음.
